Currently there is no binary for centos 8 for jsvc so it needs to be built.

# wget https://downloads.apache.org/commons/daemon/source/commons-daemon-1.2.3-native-src.tar.gz 
# tar xzvf commons-daemon-1.2.3-native-src.tar.gz
# cd commons-daemon-1.2.3-native-src
# ./configure --with-java=/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.265.b01-0.el8_2.x86_64/
# make
# cp jsvc /usr/bin
